Breast Cancer Sentinel Node Detection: An Alternative Solution for Centres Lacking Nuclear Technology

The aim is to study the feasibility of methylene blue (MB) for Sentinel Lymph Node (SLN) detection in breast cancer patients admitted to Alexandria Surgical Oncology Unit. It is concluded that MB is a safe, reliable, cheap, and accurate alternative tracer for detection of SLN.
